The Bellwood Staff

The cornerstone of any successful business can be attributed to the quality of its staff. At Bellwood Trees, we are very fortunate in that we have an extremely high staff retention rate.

Our highly trained nursery technicians all have a broad range of skill sets, whilst at the same time possess their own specialised area of expertise. All are highly motivated, enthusiastic and have an inherent understanding and knowledge of the business. They are a friendly, good humoured bunch and given the unpredictability of our Scottish climate… they have to be.

In the somewhat drier and warmer confines of the Bellwood office, things continue in a similar vein. Craig Wemyss (Managing Director), Andrea Grey (Sales Manager), Donald Wemyss (Technical Sales) and the Administrator have all worked together for a number of years and, together, run the business on a day to day basis.

Customer service and relationship building are paramount when located as far north as Bellwood, which is why it’s not uncommon for Andrea to collect clients from Edinburgh Airport and chauffeur them back again after visiting the nursery – a round trip of some 100 miles.

All in all, we think we’re pretty unique.
